REOPENING : Saturday 25th July 2020 10am-3:30pm 7 days per week Darwin Military Museum will be closed on Friday 25th, Saturday 26th, Sunday 27th and Monday 28th December for the Xmas break. The Museum will also be closed on New Year’s Day Located at picturesque East Point Reserve, just 10 minutes drive from the city centre, this unique collection of artillery is housed in the original concrete bunker used by the army to plan the strategy for the wartime defence of Australia's northern shores.
Also includes a video showing dramatic footage of Darwin being bombed during WWII.
