    The recently renovated boat ramp is protected by the Indian ocean swell via the rock wall. Dundee Beach is a gateway to the famous Peron islands, Finniss River and Little Finniss are within close making it an ideal location for those seeking to catch the famous NT Barramundi.

    Dundee Beach Holiday Park is located at Dundee Beach, Northern Territory, only 140km from Darwin on all weather, sealed roads. The location is part of The Peninsula Way and Greater Litchfield Loop.
    Access to Dundee Beach by travelling west off the Stuart Highway on the Cox Peninsula Road. Turn left onto Fog Bay Road and follow the signs - The Lodge of Dundee/Dundee Beach Holiday Park 65km to Dundee Beach.

    Early departures: Refunds are not available once a stay has commenced.
    No Shows: All monies paid will be forfeited.
    Cancellations due to poor weather - will ONLY be refunded as set outlined in our cancellation & refund policy
    Cancellations due to Cyclone Warning or Watch - are fully refundable less the $35 administration fee or the full amount can be held as a guest credit for future bookings (to be used within 12 months).
    Booking Date Change: Booking dates can be changed once from the scheduled arrival date free of charge provided 72 hours’ notice is given (to be used within 12 months). Date changes within 72 hours or any further date change requests incur a $35 administration fee.
    Cancellation - High Season - 01 March to 31 October inclusive & Special Events
    Cancellations providing more than 21 days’ notice in relation to the scheduled arrival date are refundable excluding the $35 administration fee.
    Cancellations inside 21 days of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the first night’s tariff unless the site/accommodation can be rebooked excluding the $35 administration fee.
    Cancellation - Low Season - 01 November to 28 February inclusive & excludes Special Events (outlined below)
    Cancellations providing more than 72 hours’ notice in relation to the scheduled arrival date are refundable excluding the $35 administration fee.
    Cancellations inside 72 hours of the scheduled arrival date will result in forfeiture of the first night’s tariff unless the site/accommodation can be rebooked excluding the $35 administration fee.
    Special Events: include Easter All Long Weekends Christmas and New Year Group functions/bookings & Fishing Competitions. Please note that blackout dates may apply over school holidays public holidays long weekends and local special events.
