The Territory Wildlife Park is your essential introduction to the native flora and fauna of the Top End. It is set within 400 hectares of natural bushland presenting a diverse range of habitats including monsoon forest, woodland and wetlands, showcasing the unique flora and fauna of the Top End of the Northern Territory.
Vistors can enjoy live commentary given by park guides, whilst travelling on shuttle trains along a 4km road linking all major exhibits or you can explore the Park on foot along the 5kms of walking trails.
Discover native wildlife up close at displays such as the Birds of Prey display at the Flight Deck and the Wild Discovery Talk at the Oolloo Sandbar or discover the secret life of some of the rare and endangered creatures of the night at the Nocturnal House. Come eye to eye with a 4m Saltwater crocodile as you venture below the waters surface at the Aquarium and walk amongst giant Barramundi in our walk-through tunnel!
Venture into the monsoon forest where you will find 12 different aviary habitats and one of the largest walk-through aviaries in the Southern Hemisphere. A peaceful stroll to the natural wetlands of Goose Lagoon make the Territory Wildlife Park an essential introduction to the Top End.
Enjoy refreshments in the Cafe which is open from 0900 to 1700 or bring your own lunch and relax in our picnic area while the kids enjoy the playground. Purchase a souvenir in the gift shop which is open from 0900 to 1700.
The park is open every day (except Christmas Day) from 0900 - 1700.
Make sure you don’t miss the Wild Talk presentations that run daily at the park. For an extra special experience, consider booking in to do one of the exclusive Wild Encounters. For daily talk times and more information about Wild Encounters, please visit the website The park offers easy car, caravan, coach & disable parking and disabled access to all exhibits. Children's strollers and wheelchairs are available for hire at the Cafe and first aid can be administered at the Main Station if required. Drinking water fountains are located through the park for your convenience.
The Territory Wildlife Park is located 1km from the Berry Springs Nature Park and "pass outs" are available for those that would like to indulge in a swim during the day .

Follow the Stuart Highway south past Noonamah and turn right onto Cox Peninsula Rd, turning right 1km after the Berry Springs Reserve turn-off.
